Our Services
What We Offer
Individual Coaching
The individual coaching session will consist of 1:1 coaching in a one hour period. The first 50 minutes of the 1:1 will include, goal setting or review of progress, exploration, strengths analysis, identification of action steps and more.
Group Coaching
The group coaching sessions are defined as having five or more individuals working through a common process. Each session will provide participants with a safe space and the opportunity to learn from one another. This is a great opportunity to take advantage of savings by receiving a SPECIAL group rate.
Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES), Childhood Trauma, and Resilience Training
Our ACEs training is offered at various levels, from one-hour training up to week-long training. Each training is tailored to your unique need and will leave you with an understanding of ACEs, childhood trauma, and self-care. This training is beneficial to anyone who cares about children.
